My name is Sam. I am not an agent, and I am not selling you a visa — nobody can. A few years ago I went looking for a way out of Nigeria that did not need a degree or millions in the bank, and I kept hitting the same wall: agents asking for a fortune, and advice scattered across a hundred videos that all said something different. When I finally understood how the Ausbildung really works, I went through the steps myself and learned the hard way what matters and what wastes your time. Germany is short of skilled workers — badly. Their population is old, and every year more people retire than start work. So hospitals cannot find carers, building sites cannot find electricians and plumbers, factories cannot find mechanics. They opened a legal, paid route called the Ausbildung: a German company hires you, trains you for 2–3 years, and pays you a salary every single month while you learn.
